Anne-Roos

Anne-Roos is one of Holland’s up-and-coming jazz vocalists, carrying the timeless romance and elegance of classic jazz, paired with a warm, soulful sound and poetic storytelling in her lyrics. Growing up with a mother who was part of the Hermes House Band, Anne-Roos was singing and making music from a young age. But it wasn’t until her studies at the Codarts Conservatory that she dove into the jazz tradition. Alongside her studies, she also started her own project, named ‘Anne-Roos’ . With this project, she recorded an EP titled‘The Start of Something Big’ , which will be released in July 2026.
For Anne-Roos, it is most important to feel a connection with her fellow musicians, as well as with the people she sings for. Through her music, she hopes to inspire people to do what they love and hold dear to their hearts, and in doing so, romanticize their lives to the fullest.
