London, UK – Davide Mazzantini, better known by his stage name Mazza, is set to release his highly anticipated debut single “If You Let Me In” on July 12th. A gifted guitarist and singer-songwriter, Mazza has been a defining presence in the UK blues scene since 2009. He has shared the stage with renowned artists such as Little George Sueref, Ian Siegal, and Adam Gussow, and has been a key figure in the London blues community, notably through his long-standing association with the iconic Ain’t Nothin’ But… Blues Bar. With his new band, Mazza has masterfully blended deep Southern blues with the vibrancy of a modern four-piece rock ensemble. This unique fusion of classic and contemporary elements sets Mazza apart as a dynamic and innovative force in the blues genre. Recorded in the summer of 2023 at the legendary Toe Rag Studios, Mazza’s upcoming debut album features an exceptional lineup of musicians. The album includes UK harmonica virtuoso Laurence Garman, legendary drummer Brendan O’Neill, and bassist Tsukasa Takaoka, with special guest and co-producer Little George Sueref. The project was engineered and produced by the acclaimed Liam Watson, known for his work with top artists. While the full album is set for a 2024 release, fans can catch Mazza’s electrifying performances across London this year.
