Recording artist Ken Eichler is a musician, producer, songwriter, composer, arranger and recording engineer. A versatile instrumentalist with eclectic tastes, Ken excels in a variety of musical styles with a strong foundation in blues and rock. Ken’s music and productions have received critical acclaim and airplay around the world and have been featured in radio, TV, film, and advertising. Ken’s music is licensed through several major publishing companies.

Ken received a Bachelor of Art’s in music theory from The State University of New York at Oswego where he also played lead guitar with the school’s big band during his freshman through junior years. For his senior year, Ken studied recording engineering at the Institute of Audio Research in NY while studying music history at NYU. Ken worked as a recording and mastering engineer in several NYC studios prior to building his own state-of-the-art studio.
Ken has performed and recorded with many fine bands and musicians over the years including Skydog, Solid State, Pursuit, Spindrift, Billy Falcon, The Hip Pocket Band, The Uninvited, Dr. C and The All Star Band, Vinnie Pastore’s “Crazy Horse All Stars” and other NYC area bands.
Ken records at his own “Sliding Door Studio” and is actively placing music with other artists and in TV, film, and other commercial applications. Ken also produces and collaborates with other independent artists. Recent production credits include The Bam Bam Project’s “Unfinished Business”, The Hip Pocket Band’s “Returns”, Harpist Lois Colin’s “Monica’s Wedding”, The Tessera String Band’s “Tessera String Band”, Set To Stun’s “Set To Stun”, Pam Sklar’s “A Tune For America” and “Silver Pharaoh”, and Tom Nicks’ “Blue Seduction”.
Ken and his longtime music partner, Thomas “T.” Nicks, just finished their new CD “Daddy Feels Good” an excellent follow-up to their critically acclaimed first CD “Deep Water“. It features Angel Rissoff, Nicole Alifante, Baron Raymonde, Vito Luizzi, Tommy McDonnell, Stephanie Harrison, Paul Conners and more. Some great tunes, great performers and fantastic performances by all.
Ken’s latest release, Dimensions, is a critically acclaimed tribute to the Allman Brothers Band.
